Hi there - I’m new to using Pocket. I’m an Executive Assistant and I was looking for help with minutes and notes for committees. Most of the meetings will be hybrid or in person. I just want to make sure if we are in a conference room and the meeting is hybrid where the attendees can be heard will this work well? More importantly, what if the meeting is only remote ie TEAMS or Zoom? I can’t use my speakers as I will be using headphones. How do I record? I keep reading about a desktop version. Please help. I need easy to understand directions. Thanks!
hey @lisabrennerlockwood! if you are in a conference room and the others are on speakers Pocket will work there.
for other meetings which are remove on zoom/team would suggest installing the desktop app on your laptop so you can recording the same. you can find it on docs.heypocketai.com
