How is the Slack better or different from feedback.heypocket.com ?? Can you pick a platform and stick with one? I’m getting overwhelmed with the number of accounts I have to create and websites I have to follow, and can never tell what’s happening anymore because I think some of the pages are neglected or not paid attention to, which is very frustrating. I appreciate the transparency and willingness to engage with your customers, but it’s almost becoming more of a negative than a positive. I just want to have one place I can follow for feature requests, support, bug reports, engagement with you guys, etc. Just my two cents. Maybe I’m the only one who feels that way.

I’m sure it’s user error, but I tried to login to the Slack channel using my gmail and apple id and both return the following error: “The email address must match one of the domains listed below. Please try another email.”

Hello! I just received my Pocket and joined the community. I’m excited to see how Pocket can fit in and enhance with my day-to-day workflow. I tried joining the Slack community, but I had to log in with a EMAIL_NAME@openvision.engineering email, but I don’t have an email with that domain. Is this an email that gets automatically created when joining community.heypocket.com? If so, how do I know what “EMAIL_NAME” should be?
I just put the same name as my regular gmail (since that’s what I registered with in pocket) and it said it sent an email to me, but I don’t know where to look for @openvision.engineering emails. Please advise

Hello, thanks for the suggestion! Your link brings me to the same page as the original link I used (which was at the header of these forums). Here is what I see:
When I put my actual email in that field that says “your-email”, I get this error message:
When I remove the “@gmail.com” from that field and leave the first part, I get a message telling me to check my "@openvision.engineering" email and confirm:
I am not aware of having an email with @openvision.engineering, but figured maybe it was auto-created for me. However, I don’t know how to check it if that is the case.
