No access to transcripts

Team when I try to access my transcripts which were supposed to be free forever for founding members I get the 90 day access paywall is that the way it’s supposed to be it says that the 90 day paywall is supposed to be for summaries but for some reason I can’t click on anything and see any of my transcripts in fact just using the app at all to try to find the transcripts isn’t visible they’re just the summaries so the funnel is for us to use the summaries but we don’t actually get to look at them and then if we want to look at the transcripts the funnel is to funnel us back to summaries that we don’t have access to unless we pay the monthly fee?

As a Founding Member, your account includes 90 days of cloud retention, which is different from unlimited transcriptions, summaries, and mind maps.

The unlimited transcriptions and summaries refer to how much you can generate—they aren’t limited by usage. Cloud retention, on the other hand, determines how long your recordings and their associated data are kept in the cloud.

For comparison:

  • Founding Members: 90 days of cloud retention
  • New users: 30 days of cloud retention

So what you’re seeing is related to the cloud retention policy rather than the unlimited transcription or summary benefits.
