Recently received my Pocket. Excitedly learning how best to integrate it into my day.
One major issue I’ve found though is recording phone calls. I’ve tried to record three calls now and for each call the transcription only shows my end of the calls. Is there a fix to this?
I know some of the common causes of this problem from looking at other threads. I’m not using Bluetooth for the call or my speaker. My Pocket is turned to call mode. It’s turned on. I’m clicking the record button (and seeing the record mode of the LED light turn on to confirm it’s recording). The Pocket is attached directly to the back of my phone (not through a case), so it’s not an issue with the conductive mic(s). Any suggestions would be much appreciated as phone call recording was one of my main reasons for purchasing. Thanks! - Kevin
