@Sassa Can you explain more of what youâre after. Not getting what youâre asking for. Thanks
Click the clink in the post
Look at the topics
Add # Web App as topic
There already is a web app in Announcements:
Really need you to hang with me here..
Go to the FEEDBACK site via the LINK I posted originally
Then
On the left hand side of the page you see a LIST of TOPICS below the LIST of STATUSES
There is no TOPIC in the LIST for theâWeb Appâ
Hence, the request.
Yup. I already sent you info about it above so not sure what you or I is missing⌠Are you asking if there is a web app?
I feel like Iâm being punked but in the event I am not I will give you the benefit of the doubt.
They say a picture is worth a thousand wordsâŚ
Those are basically tags or keywords when you request a feature you can choose the topic the feature goes with.
Those arenât rankings of features.
Ahh now I understand. However, apparently you donât understand what those items are on the left. Those represent the âmain categoriesâ people can choose from to help in the updating of the app. A #web app category would ONLY be for that item specifically. Doesnât really make sense imho
Riiiggghhhttt.. so, like, being able to select the tag aka TOPIC (also used to quick filter and can be used in conjunction with Statuses to a high degree of specificity) for #Web App one could then also select #Bug Report and #Summaries to designate and reflect a âsummary bug in the web appâ?
No where, anywhere, did I state that they were.
âApparently" ⌠nice. Iâll refrain.
The Topics are quick tags - call them âmain categories", heck call âem buckets or groupers - whatever⌠but they are also differentiators / unique identifiers.
You use them to quickly filter by Topic or multiple Topics and/or by status.
If a Summary had a bug that affected action items - you could attach all 3 topics to your Feedback Entry.
Anyhoo there is a phone app and a web app, correct? What would be a quick consistent way to differentiate between the two?
Each have Summaries both could have bugs, by adding the #Web App Topic, it clearly differentiates which app the summary bug was being encountered.
If I wanted to see what Web App Bugs were Under Review (if any) I could click the Under Review Status and Web App and Bug Report topics (or any other combination thereof) and quickly see what I wanted to see.
