Pocket in multi langage conversations

Hello pocket community!

I’m using pocket since a couple of days, I’m based in France working in the hospitality industry.

Since most of my conversations are in french, but some of them are in english and sometime in both languages in a single conversation, I found out that pocket does not properly identify the french language in the transcripts. The option to set summaries in french works well, but if the language identification is not accurate, it misses something.

As we say, garbage in, garbage out :slight_smile:

Does any of you experienced that?

@foundingengineers: is there any plans to improve that in the upcoming FW versions?
