We’ve introduced a set of new enhancements across Pocket. Here’s everything we’ve been improving and rolling out for you.
Text Scaling
You can now adjust text size more smoothly across the app. This update is focused purely on improving readability while viewing your content, giving you more comfort and control as you navigate Pocket.
You can find the new text scaling controls anytime in Settings.
Global Action Items
We’ve introduced a new unified space where you can see all your action items from your recordings in one place. This makes it much easier to review and follow up on anything Pocket highlights for you.
You can access Global Action Items right from the top header on your Home screen.
And this is just the starting point — we’ve already collected a bunch of great feedback and will continue iterating. You’ll also start to see this experience make its way into Global Chat soon.
Recording Tags
Recording Tags are now live, giving you an easy way to organize and group your recordings. We’ve made several improvements since launch—cleaner tag management, smoother interactions, and more consistent behavior across the app. More refinements to come.
Bulk Export
Bulk export is now live on iOS, allowing you to export multiple recordings at once.
You’ll be able to access Bulk Export right from the Home page, just beside the Start Sync button.
We’re putting the finishing touches on the Android version, and it should be available soon.
Auto Transcripts
Pocket automatically generates transcripts for all your recordings, but if you prefer not to transcribe everything, you can now toggle this option off anytime in Settings.
Updated UI
We’ve refreshed the interface to feel cleaner and more modern. Layouts have been refined and interactions polished to make everything flow more naturally. A lot of this comes directly from your feedback, and we’ll continue improving it over time.
And don’t worry, we’re not done tinkering with things yet. Pocket refuses to sit still.

@chay & @mhirrrr As I’m testing out the Global Action Items, Here are a few things I’ve noticed:
I had one Task that still says “Speaker 01”. However, when I go to the conversation and view the Speakers, there is only myself and the person I was speaking with. Where is the app pulling this from?
Also, if I Label something, I would like to see what the label is on the task itself in the same way we can now see Tags next to the item or perhaps under the item. Maybe this could be something we could turn on/off
It seems that touching the 3 dots doesn’t always work. I’ve had to force close the app for those to work and even then, it doesn’t always work. It’s almost like the touch point is not actually the 3 dots sometimes
I see how I can scroll through the calendar at the top, however, I have no idea what month I’m on and how to get back to the current week I’m viewing. It would be great if I could click on the date of the Task and have it “jump” to that date on the Calendar. I see I can click on a day on the Calendar and it will bring me to the Tasks listed for that day, which is great
If I use the Search at the top to Search for a date, nothing happens
If I Search for “Speaker 01” (from my message above) it finds several Tasks with Speaker 01. However, when I view the transcript, there is no Speaker 01 shown, only the people that were on that conversation
It seems to have duplicated a few Tasks and renamed them with some subtle differences
The calendar looks weird when you click on a day. It creates a second line because the letter, M, For example, becomes Mon where the n shows up on the second line. Not needed imho

Is there an intent to enable bulk export that contains the transcription the recording and the summary as a package question and/or to be able to do each one as a single package containing all three?
I didn’t have cause to use my Pocket much over the holiday so am just really starting to look at the updates. I was very excited to see the global checklist.
Even though I have a total of seven recordings since Friday, no tasks have carried over to the global list since Thursday.
hey @megsaint so the action items could be on a future date given automatically assigned due dates + depending on the priority. @chay will confirm the same for you as well
