Will Pocket support user voice recognition

Should i read out a “quick brown fox” kind of a preamble for pocket to understand who i am in the voice conversations and then break down the conversations on ME vs others . Does it already do that with some spatial reasoning with the mic or something. I am curios like if we are having a debate about something in our groups will it help for it to understand “my stance” / thought in the conversation.

@Haarith Great question and you’re thinking about it exactly the right way.

We do have a voice prompt. But Pocket just doesn’t rely on a “voiceprint” or profile. Instead, it uses mic array + spatial separation + diarization AI to figure out who’s speaking when in multi-person conversations.

But here’s the key part:

Pocket’s not just labeling “Speaker 1” vs “Speaker 2” - it’s starting to infer your perspective, especially when you’re using it regularly. That means over time, it can break down:

  • What you said

  • What others said

  • How your opinion or stance evolved

  • What the debate centered on

  • What action items came from your position

So in a group debate, yeah - it can help you revisit what your thinking was, not just a flat transcript.

It’s still early, and this kind of “stance tracking” will keep getting sharper. But even now, Pocket already gives you a good split between you vs others without needing anything scripted. Just tap and talk.

We have a voice prompt to learn your voice during the onboarding, you can skip it and Pocket can also learn the same from your conversations

Sounds like a truly “rhetorical” device. Love this idea.

I looked but cannot find anywhere that mentions a website. Will we be able to access records and transcripts on a dedicated website vs phone? Will the app work on a iPad? Just thinking for easy on eyes. I have another brand and the website is great. The app does not resize on the iPad which is annoying so I don’t use it. Thanks.
