Mine arrived and I got it set up today. I watched a couple of your videos before I got set up. A simple gesture to point out would be to show the buttons on the side and explain what they do. I figured it out but it is a bit confusing. Seems easy enough to mention there are 2 buttons, one small round one and one vertical one. Point out the small round one adjusts up/down depending on whether you are recording a conversation or are in call mode. The vertical button starts the timer. I am quite a bit older than most of your users, am a visual learner, but am excited to see how the Pocket can assist with my meeting minutes.
