Hi all, how do I activate my early bird annual subscription I purchased with the device. I may or may not have deleted an email I should have kept to activate it with but I’m not sure.
Also, I may have purchased it with my private email account but connected it with my work email. Maybe that was a mistake?
In the app you can reset the device and delete the account in the settings, which will allow you to start all over. Had the same issue myself cause I have lots of email addresses.
