Founder - Multiple Pocket Devices

what’s up, Pocket family?! so I purchased multiple devices and I have only set up one device so far. I accepted initializing the 90 day free trial of the “pro” features for fear of missing out on that opportunity if I selected the “ I’m OK” box declining the service.

I am curious if by accepting the free 90 day pro trial if the timer also starts on my other Pocket devices?

Is the other device already linked to a separate email account? I believe you are allowed only one email per device, so you’ll have to reassign the second device to a separate email address. Hey@heypocket.com should be able to help with that.

With that being said, I hope the 90-day trial will be for only the device that’s been activated, and not both. I also got two devices, and so I’m curious to know what the answer is.

Memberships are tied to email not device, if you bought two or more devices reach out to hey@heypocket.com, they will sort it out for you
