hey live transcript is done using a service provider and requires Internet access for the same. Please ensure you are connected to the Internet so that we are able to do the same!
All worked until the firmware updates happened this morning. What would have changed? My phone is connected to the internet. where else should I look?
And I now notice nothing is getting uploaded to the web or translated since the firmware was updated
Device is useless since the update… Please help as I depend on this in my daily job activities…
Just “mysteriously” started working. I did nothing to fix it.
