Transcription Updates - March 3rd

We noticed a brief spike in transcription failures earlier today affecting around 3-4% of conversations. The issue has been identified and mitigated — affected recordings are being automatically reprocessed.

If you’re still seeing any issues with your recordings, just let us know and we’ll help you out! You can also re-import the recording from your device if you’d prefer to handle it yourself.

I have a really important transcription that simply won’t get summarized. I’ve been trying the last five hours to sync the transcription, upload the transcription, and keep selecting the model and the template. The UI looks like it’s working, but then nothing happens. I even tried reloading it from my device, so now that there are, now there are two identical recordings that just say the generic two-hour recording on this day. I’ve tried, I even watched it say that it was uploading to the cloud and did the same thing. Close the app, open the app, refreshed, reset the summarization model and template, and it’s just nothing. So, perhaps someone can figure out what’s going on. What’s interesting is I had probably 10 or so recordings that had to be synced, and all of them worked except this one, and this is the only one I really care about, which is funny.

Edit: nevermind. The transcription on the resync just worked…
