Hello! I am loving my pocket so far. All of the different summary options are fantastic. I want to be able to see my actual transcript though. When I open a recording, click the three dots in the upper right corner, and choose view transcript I receive the following (screenshot attached):
No transcript available! This recording didn’t have any spoken words to capture.
I receive this same message on recordings and on calls. I am able to export the recording file as an MP3, but I’d prefer not to have to run that file through another app to get the transcript.

I’m having the same issue. I’m assuming it’s the whole Android app not being updated thing. Altho I will say the transcipt was there yesterday when I first got the pocket and is not there this morning.
Meg: I have been having the same problem today, then I saw a suggestion that said to force stop the app on the phone, then try it again. Guess what? IT WORKED!!! Don’t know what phone you are using, I’m using an Android (Samsung). If you go to Apps on your phone (assuming you have an Android - I don’t know about iPhones), and select the Pocket app, then tap Force Stop at the bottom of the screen, then go back into the Pocket app, it worked. It even recovered the ones I’d recorded all day, so it didn’t lose them and now they are usable!!! Hope it works for you
