My Pocket keeps connecting and disconnecting from my phone app on my Android and it wont sync new files. I have had it a total of 3 days and only the first days files have been synced and summarized. What do I need to do to get this working.

I just tried using it this morning in meeting and it would record for about 15 to 30 seconds and then stop recording. I also when it is connected in the app and I go to look at the recording files it doesn’t have any show up for any dates even the first day I used it.
