Issues syncing files

My pocket has been trying to sync files with my phone since yesterday, I had a 2 hour meeting yesterday that it can’t seem to process.

It’s very disappointing because it frequently starts doing the wifi sync and it will stop and start over and seems to lose all the progress it already had.

Wifi firmware is up to date, app is up to date. Why can’t my files sync up?

They didn’t resolve or even respond. I actually spent the time sending the screen recording they asked for, it’s been two days since I sent it and no answer, I guess they only reply instantly in the forum where others are watching.

After 3 days of syncing, the 3 recordings are finally showing up and showing summaries and what not. It’s quite disappointing. I have done things instantly by recording, transcribing and getting chatgpt to do the same thing. I don’t think the Pocket Technology is able to deliver what they promised, perhaps their project was too ambitious.

@Wildchild, it’s disappointing to hear that the issues with the files not syncing were not resolved to your satisfaction. Although, as you mentioned, the problem fixed itself after three days, I can imagine how frustrating it must have been for you not to receive any feedback after taking the time to send those screen recordings.

Regarding the Pocket technology and its (perceived) inability to deliver on its promises, I understand that this is a start-up company. However, it’s reasonable for those of us who supported their vision to expect the device to function as intended.

Hey @Wildchild we are sorry for this a lot of this happens because the files have not been uploaded to our servers in a timely manner. And we run background jobs to try sync the recordings with our backend we are working on improving this and making this better as well
