App Usage, voice print, subscription

I received my pocket over the weekend and set it up on my personal phone using the email I provided at order time. I then signed up for the trial and provided voice print, etc.

I discovered that using this device clipped to the back of my work phone caused cellular reception issues so I logged out of the app on my personal device and signed in on the work one. I was then prompted to re-enroll in the trial and provide another voice print. I’m not sure how to work this subscription now as it seems I’m signed up twice. What needs to happen on my end to ensure uninterrupted service?

Also, I’m noticing in the transcriptions and summaries it doesn’t seem to be able to identify my voice. What’s the purpose of the voice print? Should it be able to identify me?

Edit: I’m using the iphone app. Noticed that the export function only allows a single export at a time. It would be valuable to export the summary and action items together in the same extract.
