I thought this was going to be free. the ad says no subsccription necessary. Yet, the application said that it cost $199 a year and i have 7 days for free trial. I don’t want a subscription, especially at that price and especially since i can’t figure out how to use the darn thing. I have turned it off and on. i the app downloaded, but i havel a hard time on the phone. Can I download the app to the computer where I can see it better?

That’s just a pop-up offering it. You can just close it. There’s a web-based app available at app.heypocket.com…. And while there you can click on the download button in the upper right hand corner… there’s apps for Windows and iMac, though they are still in beta and buggy. I think the web app will work fine for you.

i just figured out how to do the voice print, so i am on day 1 of the instructions. Does it automatically go to day 2 or can i make it go to day 2 today?
