I’ve had a few times I’ve charged my Pocket to 100% and powered it off and leave it magnet-ed to my desk for easy access. When I try to turn it on a few days later I have to charge it because the battery has drained to 0%. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it expected behavior?
I have not seen that happen with mine. In fact, I have not charged it in three days, and it still shows 100% battery, even though I have done a few hours of recording in that time. Either this thing has impressive battery life, or it is not reporting the battery correctly. I wonder if this is related to what you are seeing?
I’m wondering the same thing. My battery did finally move from 100% to 97% after a few days with about 3-4 hours of recording
I’m thinking maybe the battery level indication isn’t accurate. I just got my Pocket yesterday and recorded with it for 10 hours straight today, just to see how it would work. It started at 100% and after recording for 10 hours AND syncing all of that, still shows 97% remaining. According to this rate of discharge, I should be able to get over 300 hours worth of recording and I’m pretty sure that won’t happen. Not complaining at all as I’m pretty satisfied with my Pocket and its capabilities so far
I charged mine to 100% at noon yesterday, and I just turned it on at 1pm (so 25 hours later) and it shows 63% remaining.
