Connecting to the web app and sync is not working today

I’m not sure when this started but at least for me, i can’t make any web syncs today.

The wifi sync still doesn’t work well, and i’m currently bluetooth syncing which is taking a very long time.

Along with this, I also had another failure to record when i hit the button on the Pocket.

It missed the whole meeting.

This day has not started off well.

You can check back now and you should be able to sync your recordings in 10 minutes

i’m in the same boat - my last sync was 11/24. I can connect the pocket to my computer and download the recordings for every day since then, but no syncing happens. To add frustration to this, the pocket also states that there are no memories…. despite clear downloads (Manually) and clear 0 or 19 synching messages while it attempts (and never acutally syncs).

So this is no longer working, as of last week, i plug my Pocket in and it doesn’t connect to the Macbook Pro. I was hoping it was temporary, today as well, it doesn’t connect.

The setting in the Pocket app is set to allow connections (i forget the exact wording but it doesn’t work anymore)

hey @nyhunter77 are you using this on the web or the desktop app? and are you able to see the pocket drive on your laptop?

please ensure you do not have the device connected when enabling web sync. and if you have any issues just switching it off and on should sort the issue out for you

Yep, Web Sync is enabled and it’s not working the way it used to.

It’s vital bc my meetings can be long, i’ve been using bluetooth sync and it takes a while.

Also the bugs with wifi sync are still there where it just doesn’t connect or dies in the middle of transfer.

Yep, i’ve cycled everything i know off and on.

Web sync is my go to between morning and afternoon.

We had found that the web sync was on but the feature was disabled.

I had flipped the switch yesterday but it was still disabled.

This time we flipped the switch off and back on and it said enabled.

mhirrr let me know that due to the last update, it may have left the switch on but turned the feature off.

After seeing the specific web sync feature said enabled underneath it, it worked out fine.
