Desktop Sync gone?

What happen to the Connect Pocket button on the web version of pocket? Can we still sync via USB?

Ok but it says there’s nothing to sync. I tried on my phone it says it’s syncing 1 of 7 files. It’s gotten to 10% after and hour. It’s on wi fi sync. This is not usable.

I also see the sync is not working. When you plug the pocket into the computer, my case, a mac, it starts to charge but it never gets recognized by the computer so when you click sync, it gives an error. I updated Pocket yesterday, think it could be that that broke things? I’ve tried several times and my meetings are quite long, i’ve gotten reliant on this for transfer, i hope it can be resolved.

Hey @nyhunter77, from 1.2 version, we have kept usb access to default off for privacy reasons. You might need to toggle it off/on if you are facing issue.

One side issue, i keep having old recordings i’ve already exported come up on my import list, why is that?

Hey @nyhunter77 were these recordings deleted by any chance? Before?

How do we toggle USB access on? My Pocket is no longer showing up when I plug into my pc. .
