Full recording not being summarized

I have a recording that is labeled at about 2.5 hours. However, the summary and transcript only cover the first half hour or so. I have attempted to re-do the sync, but the app detects no additional content.

hey @Cazio messaging you regarding this

I’m having this same issue. The meeting shows 1 hour 1 minute, but the transcript stops at 19 minutes and the summary is also only the first 20 minutes or so of the meeting.

Hey @mthomas1987, this could happen sometimes due to transcript provider errors. Please share your conversation title in dm and we will regenerate it for you. Otherwise you can re-import it from your device.

Hey, @bharat thanks for responding. Can you share how I can reimport from the device in case this happens again in the future? When I sync it doesn’t show anything new.

You can reimport any recording from device by navigating to Settings>Storage>“Look up Device Files”

I have the exact same issue that @Cazio mentioned above, I have recording “labeled” 1 hour and 24 minutes, the conversation only shows up as a 38 second transcription. On my apple device, when I go to settings, and locate “lookup device files” like @bharat mentioned in the comments and try re-syncing, I get the message ( Failed to start download, please contact support). Is there a fix?

I have the same issue. I am recording my presentations as I present from 2-3 hours most presentations, and it will say on the recording the length, but it only summarizes part of it:

July 30 Digital Technology and Child Safety 1 .27 hr

July 28 Online Safety and AI Risks for Kids 1.04 hrs

Thanks for the help.

I use this device for home project meetings with contractors. It really helps with remembering all the stuff that I don’t understand. I had a 1 hour meeting with a contractor yesterday but for some reason it didn’t record. It was yellow when I started. I do notice that if the device gets bumped hard enough it starts or stops. But I didn’t get anything afterwards.

I wish there was a way to look at the contents like a regular usb device hooked into a Mac.
