Hi All occasionally a large portion of a conversation is missing. Is there a limit to the length of the recording? It almost seems like the first 30minutes (of a hour long meeting) is missing in my most recent issue. Any ideas?

Please just download the audio and ensure it exists as well helps us narrow down the issue!
I pressed the record button (conversation mode) with the device an inch away from a Jabra speaker. It ran for two 30minute meetings (i didnt stop and start between them ). The recording is only 26 minutes. I have not had this problem in phone mode. Listening to the recording it is extremely garbled in the beginning.
I cannot give the recording as it is confidential company conversations.
Maybe it thought is was background noise?

hey if you click the sync button on the top right of the app, you can enable the resync option from the 3 dot’s in the sheet it will let you choose conversations to resync
