I’ve been using pocket for a while now with no issue. I have a conversation I need which Pocket Recorded and says is 1 hour and 6 minutes long, but the summary says there was no content to transcribe. I looked at advice others had tried and downloaded just the audio hoping that would work, but only 11 seconds of audio exists. Is there possible an error in the upload? I’ve tried re-syncing the conversation multiple times and it won’t work.
