All of a sudden, today, I am getting kicked out of the Pocket app for various things that I try. I’ve rebooted my phone rebooted the Pocket device to no avail. Also, it loops back into downloading or uploading?

I found a app that was interfering with telephone and Wi-Fi. Seems to be better now thank you again.
OK, sorry to hit you with this again but on both my iPhone and my iPad after syncing and rebooting to clear any issues,I still get kicked back to my home screens when I try to export my conversations. Is it iOS 26.2? It just started to happen two days ago if that helps.
Also you mentioned that the fix for the $1 problem was starting to roll out. Will that be coming as a firmware update or the Pocket app? Also, how long might it take to hit Oregon? I’ve done re-summaries, and the problem is still showing up here.
One last thing to bother you with, I understand the maximum of five summary types per conversation that I can’t figure out how to get rid of individual summaries so that I can re-summarize in a different format.

This is also happening to me. The first few weeks the app was working so well. I exported many to-do lists and summaries of conversations flawlessly. Today, whenever I attempted any exports I’d have the app shut down. Tried deleting the app and redownloading it but to no avail. Please advise.
Well, I’m sorry you’re going through the same thing, but I am glad that I’m not the only one because that rules out it being my problem and the same for you
Same happening here. All firmware and updates are current. The app kept crashing multiple times before providing my awesome summary.
Other than the summaries being slow to come about, they usually make it to full completion, but anything else that I want to do like exporting or merging or some other tool, it crashes and takes me right back to my home screen
Hey folks, we identified an issue caused by yesterday’s patch and have rolled it back. Things should be back to normal now. Please restart the app to make sure the patch rollback is applied. Thanks for reporting it. If not you can reinstall the app as well to make sure all is good!
hey @Tiksdad really sorry for this! we will make sure this doesn’t happen again. could you let us know why you feel summaries are slow we want to make sure nothing is going wrong there
