Hi there,
I’ve been owning a pocket for a couple of weeks and I’m happy about it.
This morning I’ve had a few meetings at work that I took note of with my Pocket.
The first 3 went smoothly and the report is good as always.
All the recordings that came after, however, are still “Summarizing” and do not seem to be working. Aso if I check the “source” section, it looks empty.
I tried re-syncing a couple of times, re importing the recordings, even a reset on the hardware, but still, nothing changed.
I’d really appreciate any help in solving this, as Pocket really became a useful work tool.
Thank you in advance!
Fingers crossed! I just wish they’d programmed the progress wheel to be accurate rather than looping back to the start as soon as it completes. As it stands, it tells you nothing about where the app is in the summary process.
Same. I am used to recording and transcribing in teams and then using grok to summarise the meeting and action points as soon as the meeting is finished. The very slow speed at which Heypocket operates is really slowing me down making it almost worthless.
Sorry for the trouble. One of our services is currently experiencing an outage, which is affecting summary generation. We’re actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The issue has been resolved, and services are gradually recovering.
If any of your recordings did not generate a summary, please open the recording and click Generate Summary to retry the summary generation process.
Thank you for your patience while we worked to restore service.
As per the documentation I added the recording ID followed by /audio-url
But I was not able to download the recording (but to extract the ID before was working). The question for me is if the API only provides audio files for status “completed” or if the error is related to the general outage?
We’re still seeing a small percentage of recordings (around 1–2%) getting stuck in transcription. We’re actively investigating the root cause and working to recover affected recordings as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
