Hi there, I used to be able to plug the device into my Windows computer and see it show up as an extrenal storage device named, “Pocket”. Since the last update it is no longer recognized on any computer I plug it into. It still charges fine when plugged in, but it does not show up as a drive. Is this by design?

Hey for security reasons the Web Sync may have been disabled, you can reenable it from the app settings for it to show up as a external drive again!

Thanks so much for your quick reply. Is there a security concern or just that if someone gained access to the device they could also get access to the recordings?
I had a recording that seemed to start and stop in my app, so I wanted to view the file on my computer to confirm what was going on. Enabling Web Sync did the trick. Thank you.
Its because if someone gains access to your device they can access recordings just making sure recordings are protected!
