Lost recording?

I was just recording a seminar, 3 different classes and I stopped recording in between to separate them. Pocket disconnected from my phone when I went to the bathroom, and when I came back I had to restart it to begin recording again, but it DID start recording again and had a white LED indicating that.

Now I went to sync and one recording is missing. Is it possible it’s buried in a file somewhere? Like is there data recovery like on memory cards?

hey @M.milanophoto the light should be amber to indicate its recording. you can activate web sync while connected to the mobile app through the profile page and the connect it to your laptop to see the raw files!

Mine is either white (recording) or blue (standby). I’ve never seen an amber light ?
