Lost Recording - Possible to Resync?

I recorded a meeting today and after it was over the app asked me if I wanted to sync the recording. I clicked yes and then went to so some other work. I came back and now the entire recording is not showing up on the main screen and there is not a transcript. Is there any way to force it to resync or is my recording gone for good?

It could be the Syncing stopped in between due to some disconnection. A quick fix would be restarting the app/pull to refresh on the home screen so the app can pick it up for sync again!

@mhirrrr I had a somewhat related issue today. I recorded two meetings back to back, stopping the pocket device between meetings. When they were over I tried to sync down both conversations. Oddly, the app pulled down the first meeting twice but with the correct timestamps of both meetings.

So, in the app I see:
12:01 PM - Meeting 1 subject (28 min duration)
11:32 AM - Meeting 1 subject (28 min duration)

The meeting at 12:01 PM was only about 10 mins long.

I can’t seem to get that recording no matter how many times I restart the device or force close the app (iOS 26.0.1 / app version 0.3.22+198). I updated the device fw to 0.8 and WiFi v5 since then, still no luck.

Thats so weird. I tried all those steps before posting earlier. Went off to do other work for a few hours. Picked up my phone and opened the app and it immediately asked me if I wanted to sync. Hit yes and the file was there. For future - is there any way to FORCE a sync?

I’ve run into this as well. No solution.

I’m seeing similar strange behavior with my recordings not properly syncing. I go through the sync process which indicates success … but then there is no summary and I’m told I need to resync.
