Unable to Sync a long recording

I just recorded an hour long meeting. Trying to sync it to the app, it fails.

I tried both sync methods available. What do I do?

could you share the specific error you’re seeing while syncing?

There has been a recent App update and a recent Device update. Make sure you’ve taken care of both.
