Multiple Bugs - Android 0.5.41+315

I’ve sent various emails to help@heypocket.com but have not heard back so I am making a consolidated thread here.

Issue 1: Pocket resyncs old deleted recordings.
Sometimes I make short 3-4 second recordings by accident. I delete them once they get uploaded to my phone. A short while later (a few days) they will resync to my phone. This is very frustrating and creating more work for me to clean.

Issue 2: Delete Files before Sync
There are two issues with trying to delete files before they sync. The first is that if you only have one file to sync, you cannot delete it before you sync. There is NO edit button. If you have two or more files, you can click Edit, wherein a popup will come up from the bottom with the details of the file and a trashcan icon. The second issue is that if you click that trashcan icon, it will open the delete window in the background, so you cannot click delete because the popup is in the foreground.

Issue 3: Reset Transcription should reset Speaker Labeling too
When you click reset transcription, it should reset speaker labeling too. That being said, speaker labeling often confuses my wife and I, which makes the summary also very inconsistent.

Issue 4: Mindmap Export
If you change the mind map to a different one than the original Flow, and then you click export Mind Map, it will just export the Flow map, not the new one you selected.

I’m very aware that some of these issues might be user error, so I’m also completely open to hearing about what I’m doing wrong.

hey @JohnL currently resetting the transcription does reset the speaker labelling gonna have @bharat look at the rest of the issues outlined but do let me know if thats not the behaviour you are seeing

Sorry, you’re right. My issue is actually if you rename ‘Speaker 0’ to ‘Jim’ it would stay as ‘Jim’ and not back to ‘Speaker 0’

Yes I sent issue 1 and issue 2 (as well as two other issues) to the help email. Haven’t heard back on any of them so I decided to make a thread here. Sorry if this is not the right channel.

yes this currently doesn’t happen as it might be a global speaker profile let me see if we can change that!
