Update on Recent Summary Issue

Hey Community,

We wanted to share a quick update and clear up something you may have noticed.

There was a temporary issue with one of our underlying providers, which caused summaries for a small number of recordings to come through empty or incomplete. As soon as we identified the issue, we regenerated all affected summaries automatically.

Everything is now back to normal, and this shouldn’t happen again going forward. If you still notice any issues with a specific recording, please feel free to post about it in the community and we’ll take a look right away.

Is this possibly why I have 1 item that just won’t sync but keeps trying?

hey @Lydse can you please dm us some more information on this @chay can help out? sometimes a file might just be corrupted so the best way to go ahead is to delete it using “Look up Device Files”

I was able to click at the right time to grab the file , identify at as 0sec and delete it after a delete and restart app

It’s all good it’s fixed. Just odd. Maybe a flag on the list of files that have not been synced would help?But it may have actually been stuck in the in between. Your chat help was helpful

so when syncing we do show pending files to be synced in the app you should be able to see it in the bottom sheet!
