I wanted to check — does this mean there are currently no shipping options for India as a whole, or just for my specific city?
I’ve already shared my full address again and am hoping for the best.
We’re working closely with our logistics partner. They do ship to India, but several addresses couldn’t be parsed correctly by their system. We’ve already emailed each affected customer individually to clarify what went wrong with the address provided.
