I ordered two of these that arrived yesterday. One works great. The second not so much. It powered on, synced with the app, tried to do the firmware update, and that is when it locked up, powered off, and will not power back on. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested on the community board, but nothing is working.
I have emailed several times with no response. I needed this for a very important large meeting next week - how can I get a replacement ASAP?
