It took some time to update and sync up today. Not sure how long it took but everything is now correct. That’s the first time it wasn’t immediate

I found a problem, i used to be able to share the audio to my macbook when i hit share in the app - it would be found in my downloads folder. Now when i share the audio, it automatically opens the web site summary and there’s no way to get the audio. I cannot find a way to retrieve the audio anymore, appreciate any help, thanks!

  2. Click on the Export button on the left, NOT the Share button on the right
  3. Done

Get error message. Can not find recordings

I logged in with my email address used in the mobile app, but when the web app opens, I receive the message below. Also, I’ve logged out of the app and then logged back in, but it keeps showing the “Account Created” message:

Have you tried the basics of clearing cache and cookies and restarting? Have you tried using “incognito” mode?

Checked this out on an iPad and when in portrait mode the left sidebar overlaps the main content panel with no ability to shrink or collapse it. This makes it unable. If you rotate to landscape, the content panel renders to the right of the sidebar.

Side note: is the web version the plan for iPads or will the native app get a true iPad view at some point?

I get it connected on the web and then I get an error message when I click on the conversations to sync and upload it gives me this error:

Sync failed no devices found please register a pocket device first in the mobile app

I turned on web sync in the app and have it connected usb and I picket the record folder as the root

Am I missing a step or something?

Could it be related to the CloudFlare outage?

unsure and unfamiliar with that?

Hey @Jrbull looks like you might have signed up with apple? Please make sure you signup with the same login option if so. As Apple generates an encrypted email id whenever you login

So, is the database for the phone app localized separately from the web app? Is that why the sync has to be done by wired connection? The phone app doesnt talk to the web app?

Just asking. This is totally fine as I imagine there is a reason or there is a point where they will talk but I want to make sure I understand.

Hey @smalldot recordings on the web and the app are the same. There is some work being done on live communication just trying to understand the question
