OK I ask because I logged into the web app and it has no data. So it does not appear to sync between my phone and web.
hey @smalldot are you logging via apple on the app? that could be the case, it generate a custom encrypted email so make sure you sign in using that on the web as well if not please dm me your email ill help you out!
Bug in web app calendar causing only (1) calendar to sync and create duplicate events (assuming in place of what should be the other calendars). Compared to the same account on the mobile app, which is functioning correctly.

FYI - This could have been just a random incident but when I exported an 1hr long KT Session and exported (from the Web App) within the zipped file the transcript is not very clear in Adobe, the other files were all clear, not sure if it has to do with size on transcript or not but will try again with another conversation and see if it continues
Web app is causing other programs to run very slowly when recording. Usually, it is only slightly noticeable, but today, I could not use Teams, and my OS also locked up because the recording session was causing such a slowdown.
I am guessing this is due to the temp memory usage of the machine while a recording session is happening via the web app?
I am trying to connect my Pocket to the web app, but when I get to the step that asks me to select a folder, it won’t open a window to choose the folder in some cases.
Things i’ve already tried:
- connect to computer 1 (mac) and ensure the pocket mounts in Finder
- try in browser 1 (Brave) fails at that step
- try in browser 2 (Safari) fails at that step
- connect to computer 2 (windows PC) and ensure the pocket mounts in Explorer
- try in browser 1 (Brave) fails at that step
- try in browser 2 (Chrome) success
Just thought you would want to know that the connection from Web app to Pocket device doesn’t seem to be working in all browsers. I don’t see myself using the sync via the web app directly from the pocket device, but since the feature is there, it would be good to know how it’s behaving.
