Hi folks - I was able to purchase a pre-paid annual subscription, but I don’t see it associated with my account. I can only start a trial and then a new subscription. Is this happening to anyone else?

Fixed it for you, close and open the app and it should reflect.

Don’t want to hijack, but also didn’t want to spam with a new thread.
I purchased a pre-paid plan of 6 months and it’s not reflected in the app. Pretty much the same story with having to start a trial and then a new subscription as the OP stated.

I noticed the same thing. I was assuming the paid kicks in after the trial ends?
