Recordings missing after strange app startup

I recorded three meetings today. Upon returning to my office, I opened the app to sync, and it went through a setup again. I never had to log in or anything - it just went through a setup. Then the meetings I had recorded were gone. Nothing to sync. Nothing in the device files. They are just gone.

I have really just been working into using this, and these were the three most important conversations I had recorded. To say my faith in using this as a tool has been degraded is an understatement.

Has anyone experienced this and found a way to recover the lost recordings?

Hey @Delaneykm this basically means the device was reset so you had to go through the sign up process again is that the case?
