Missing Recordings

I had one meeting yesterday and several from today not record. It looked as if they were recording but they did not as it said my sync was up to date. In the middle of all of this an upgrade to the app came up. I updated but the recordings were not there. It has been acting strange this last week.

App Update: Audio Truncation + Sync Issues

Hey folks, recently we rolled out some firmware improvements, but they unexpectedly caused issues for some users. In some cases, audio was getting truncated, and in others, sync wasn’t working properly.
