“There is nothing to summarize”

2 issues:

  1. I have tried recording eight different audios using my pocket. Spoke very clearly and articulately, and had a minimum of 30 seconds per recording, and even uploaded two different phone note recordings with even more clear audio to the app and every single one of them fails to create a transcription summary. It keeps on giving me the same error “there’s nothing to summarize, please upload different audio”

  1. According to the set up instructions, I’m supposed to hear an audible beep whenever I click the button to record, but I hear nothing, there is just a vibration that indicates that the recording has started and the amber light.

Click on the Summarize Button below and try to regenerate, choose a different model, like Claude 4 Sonnet.

Try this way and let me know, I am looking into this already, if you still face issues, let us know here, we will look into it.

So whenever you start to record there is subtle beep along with vibration, and you see an amber light stating that your device is recording.

I’ve tried choosing different language models, summary formats, etc. and I still get the same error.

I held my ear directly up to the device and I cannot hear any audible beep.

Just checked, there is some issue with one of our providers

I just reran all the recordings that ran into this issue, you should see all your summaries now
