I was super excited to get Pocket for Christmas but it has yet to successful record a memory. Each time I do, the length captured is correct but there’s no audio file, transcript, and no summary. I’ve tried some of the common fixes but I can’t get it to pick up anything, and I’m just trying solo dictation at this point.

We found that there was an issue with one of the providers that we are using, please check your summaries and it should be fine now
