Transcribe a recording from other source

Can I use Pocket to transcribe other recordings? Other than playing the recording and having Pocket record it is there a way to upload a recording to Pocket and have it transcribe and summarize the recording. And perhaps include timestamps.

I posted the question before I had finished. I have recordings I need to transcribe and summarize. They are in the .m4a format.

I believe that is exactly what @Rollocks is asking. I believe there were several requests for this on the features page. Here is an example.
