Yesterday, we received reports about degraded transcription quality, where the outputs were hallucinating which made it seem like you had access to someone else’s recording. We investigated and found an issue affecting about 1-2% of recordings which was due to corrupted audio uploads.
This has been fully fixed, and we’ve re-run transcriptions and summaries for affected recordings. Any recordings that have already been deleted were not reprocessed but do let us know if you want us to fix the same.
