Quick Update on File Uploads

We’ve noticed a file corruption issue affecting some recordings that were uploaded recently. Because of this, a few summaries or recordings may not have processed correctly.

If you run into any issues with a recording or notice a summary missing or incomplete, please try resyncing the file by clicking the Sync icon on the top right of the Home screen.

This should fix the issue in most cases. If the problem continues after resyncing, feel free to post in the community and we’ll take a look.

hey guys an update on the root cause here had a bunch of pdf’s and txt files erroneously uploaded which choked transcription systems which caused a backlog in our systems due to which delays were cause we have implemented fixes for the same and it shouldn’t happen again
