We’ve noticed a file corruption issue affecting some recordings that were uploaded recently. Because of this, a few summaries or recordings may not have processed correctly.
If you run into any issues with a recording or notice a summary missing or incomplete, please try resyncing the file by clicking the Sync icon on the top right of the Home screen.
This should fix the issue in most cases. If the problem continues after resyncing, feel free to post in the community and we’ll take a look.
