Used all of my minutes but haven't used any

Hi there,

I disabled auto transcribe last month after realizing that I was constantly accidentally recording while in my pocket. It refreshed a week ago and I again had 300 minutes. I checked today and I’m already using 400 minutes.

I double checked and auto transcribe is still turned off. What’s going on??

Thanks, mhrr. I tried and still no luck. Minutes are still being used somehow, but I don’t know how.
