I’m using my Pocket today for my first day at work and it is awesome so far! I love the app interface and the speed of recording and transfer is much better than others I have tried (Plaud). A couple quick questions as I’m getting familiar with everything:
Is there a way to add custom summary templates? I have to use a very specific template for my case notes and it would be amazing if I could have it generate the summary automatically using that custom template.
Is there a way to chat with AI re: all my notes versus chatting within a single note? For example I would like to be able to ask Pocket to review all my notes for incomplete action items and make a master list.
Loving Pocket so far and I am so excited to see what the future holds!
It should be in Conversation Mode unless you’re actually recording a call, the vibration mic is extremely sensitive and is designed only for very close-range call recordings.
The slider button up is for calls, and down is for conversation.
Also, just to confirm, are we talking about the live transcription or the final transcription in the summary screen?
We’re still improving live transcription, but the final transcription shown in the summary screen should already be very accurate.
Glad to hear that! We will be adding these features once we perfect the existing features. We would first like to improve the existing most loved features to the max and then build your favorite new features.
I’ve only had it for a few hours and one longish recording in a hands on class setting. Love it so far! A few questions as I’m exploring:
Should the mind maps be interactive and/or editable? Mine are currently static.
also are they able to be exported or opened on a desktop version?
Where can we upload our existing backlog of brain dumps (recordings, text notes, maybe etc)?
Is there a way to have “master files” -like master mind-maps or to-do lists of specific ideas or projects - that build upon past recordings (and uploads )?
The master map would/list for specific tasks/projects is a great idea. For example I have an OnBase upgrade I’m doing at work. I would like to have one master file that I click on every time I am in an onbase meeting or want to add to the master project page.
