Yes just email support and they will handle it for you
I purchased one device for me and the other as a gift for a colleague. I also purchased two subscriptions. Will my colleague be able to register their device or will I need to give you their email first?

Yes, one Pocket can be used from multiple devices under the same account. You can sign in on your phone, iPad (works today but not optimized to fit the iPad’s large display yet), and our desktop app when it’s released.
Note: the Pocket device can only connect to one app at a time over Bluetooth. To switch, close the app on the first device, then open the app on the second and connect, your recordings and summaries will sync to your account.
We ship app new updates almost daily, so please keep your app up to date.
