How Pocket Shipping Works

Pocket devices are being shipped in batches. Here’s how the process works:

  1. From Us → Courier

    • Once production completes, devices are packaged and handed to our logistics partner in Hong Kong, one of the world’s largest shipping hubs.

    • A tracking number is created at this stage.

  2. Courier → Customs → Local Delivery

    • Tracking may not update right away until the courier processes the full handoff.

    • Customs checks and regional holidays can sometimes add short delays.

  3. Delays & Holidays

    • If your tracking isn’t moving, it usually means your shipment is awaiting its next scan in Hong Kong.

    • National holidays (like the first week of October) can temporarily pause courier updates, but all parcels resume movement immediately afterward.

  4. Overall Timeline

    • All Pocket preorders are scheduled to be fulfilled by the end of October.

    • If you already have a tracking number but no movement, your device is already with the courier and waiting to clear.

    • If you don’t yet have a tracking number, your order is queued for the next batch handoff.

We’re working closely with our courier to make this smoother for future batches. Thank you for your patience, your Pocket is on its way.
