No, it simply means your Pocket hasn’t left production yet. Once it reaches the courier hub in Hong Kong, you’ll receive your tracking details.
Is there a way to check what order number we are (or where we are in line)? I’m order # 4xxx and you stated 5,000 were shipped. I just want to confirm I didn’t miss anything. Thanks in advance!

@dgTech At the moment we don’t have a live “queue tracker” by order number, so I can’t confirm the exact spot in line. What I can share is that your order is in the system and will be fulfilled as soon as shipping resumes after the holiday.
You’ll automatically receive a shipping email with tracking once your unit is on its way.
