My Pocket Record Button is Not Working after only 3 Days

I got my Pocket set up and running a few days ago and at first the on/off/record button worked correctly but today I can’t get the button to record. I sometimes had to push the button 15 - 20 times and then it might start recording. Then the same thing would happen when I would stop recording…just one click didn’t stop recording. This is very frustrating when you are trying to use the technology for your meetings but you are distracted by repeatedly pushing the record button to get it to start.

Can I get a replacement device? If not, then a refund?
